Regional Sales Manager
This professional must be a highly motivated individual wanting to join the Hydromat sales team managing a concentrated territory on the East Coast.
Candidate must be able to develop machine sales in a given geographical territory at a level to meet or exceed a sales quota while establishing new accounts. Applying Company product to assist customers in achieving improved productivity, optimization of resources, in order to minimize costs and maximize profits. Coordinates account management strategies with Sales/Service Representatives. Develop opportunities to present Company concepts to all potential and current customers in a given territory. Provides input on local market trends to management. Develops sales activity to meet monthly, quarterly and annual territory forecasts. Produce sales orders for standard and custom equipment using company procedures. Coordinates with application engineering to provide optimum tool design and proper choice of equipment based on customer's production needs. Develop customer cost justifications to determine economies in equipment choices. Able to understand customer process and objectives to provide consultation to improve productivity through better tooling options. Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques. Ensures customer satisfaction by determining and reporting any issues causing customer dis- satisfaction. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. Candidate must posses exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Must be a team player. Some overnight travel is required.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
